Strength Science Studios is a personal training facility dedicated to the health and well-being of older adults.

By the age of 70, most adults have lost 25% of their muscle mass resulting in problems related to mobility, bone health, and degenerative diseases. At Strength Science Studios, we use a slow training method to increase muscle mass, which improves functional movements like sitting to standing, getting out of the tub, walking ability, and risk of falling. Our training method has little to no impact on the joints, which is important since many of our clients have arthritis and other degenerative bone diseases.
